He is certified Coach Diversity Institute, Associate Diversity Coach. Lawrence has extensive knowledge working with leaders at all levels of the organization. Ingrid is an accomplished Executive Coach with more than 30 years of executive coaching and leadership development experience. She is a certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Executive Coach and has worked with Fortune 500 executives across various verticals over the span of her career. Additionally, she is a dynamic equity, diversity and inclusion practitioner and subject matter expert. Ingrid is able to not only provide senior leaders guidance to improve key performance indicators, but drive substantive impact to address the ever-changing business landscape. Ingrid provides engaging sessions that are 1-on-1 executing coaching sessions, listening to action sessions, training workshops and more. She is the creator of the C.A.R.E Principle and D.A.N.C.E., which engage organizations that are committed to diversity, equity and Inclusion (DEI).
